Serious Gardener Should Build a Backyard Shed
If you are a serious gardener you need to build a backyard shed if you don’t have one. My favorite time of year is when garden season finally gets here. I have to thank my grandparents for my love of gardening. They only lived around the corner and I would get rewarded for helping them with some of the cores to help grow those fresh vegetables and flowers. Little did I know what a wonderful hobby I was learning? Being just a kid I didn’t mind the dirt the more the better and I was getting a allowance for this.
Observing the seeds I helped plant sprout into tiny plants and flowers was intriguing and they grew bigger day after day until harvest. I learned a lot from them every spring and summer. One of the important lessons I learned that every serious gardener needs a garden shed and if you do not have one you should build a backyard shed. I was young and did not know or understand at that time just how important this was. But why would every serious gardener need one?
Well I got my answer. In a way that I will always remember. They took me to their garden shed and once inside I got my answer. They began explaining more about the fertilizers they used, the seeds we planted and the different tools and their purpose why they where organized the way they where at that moment it all looked different. All serious gardeners will take more pride, care and enjoyment when they have a garden shed filled with everything they need for their garden.
Now years later I too am a serious gardener. Thanks to my lesson from my grandparents I now know the importance of that lesson to build a backyard shed. The number of tools, seeds and fertilizer you need for a successful garden and the more I’ve gotten into it each year the garden has gotten larger along with my collection of tools. My shed is now filled up with those tools all in their proper place along with the things you need when you are a serious gardener.
